Each recipient gets its own direct message: a standard prefix naming the source agent and time, the message quoted, then your instruction. Recipients are not told who else received it. The source agent is not sent anything.

You read every selected agent’s messages in one timestamp-ordered thread. Replying targets one agent at a time and goes as an ordinary direct message — the agents are never told this view exists and never see each other’s messages.
Broadcast
Queued per agent and delivered into the live session with the verified-ack machinery. A not-yet-launched agent receives it ~1s after its channel comes online — the delivery gate IS the launch-success check, no timer guessing.
Batch config
Only the fields you change are applied — everything left at “no change” is untouched. Each change goes through the same per-agent machinery as the drawer (same validation, same logs).
